We used Salt and Smoke Ellisville for our recent party (40 people). We ordered bulk pulled pork and lean cut brisket and it couldn't have gone better. Ordering was easy and they sent a reminder the day before (eased my worries and let me avoid calling to confirm). Pick up was a breeze, and the food came in aluminum tins that were easy to throw in the oven/on the pellet grill to keep warm. Guests raved about the quality. 5 stars; totally recommend for your next large gathering.

Holy cow, get the pimento cheese ravioli!!! Just do it, you will love me for it. So good & so garlicky, which was a welcome surprise. I stopped in on a whim and got these to go along with a half kale crunch salad with smoked salmon. The salad was absolutely fantastic and the half size is a very generous serving, I can't even imagine how big the large is! The salmon was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious. This was one of the best lunches I've had in a while and I eat out a lot! Way to go salt + smoke!

Well greeted, taken to a good table within a few minutes. Our server was well versed on the offerings on the menu. Started with a flight of bourbons and off to the races with a nice selection of meats, mac n cheese and fries. This was my second visit, first to this location. I would still recommend them as everything had great flavor. Our only complaint is that the rib's bark was too dry. Overall a good dining experience.

Enjoyed my meal at Salt + Smoke. I appreciate the availability of a gluten free bun. The burger was filling and flavorful. The potato salad was nothing spectacular but still did the job. We also tried the deviled eggs that we loved! This was the perfect place for a large group to sit together. The menu had a variety offerings and even pleased small kids which is always a feat! We were in a big group and had several small children with us that were walking around the table, climbing on the empty booth next to us, and dancing. There were a couple servers who were standing nearby throughout most of our meal and rolling their eyes and were visibly annoyed with the children. It didn't impact our perception of the restaurant, we will still visit again, but there are some people on the staff that don't seem to support the family-friendly atmosphere.

Shouting from the rooftops how excited I am that a salt and smoke opened up by me! I know it's a BBQ joint, and the BBQ is superb BUT the cheese burger is something I absolutely crave the most! It's incredibly delicious. You also get a side with it and because I have had the burger too many times to count I've tried all the sides. Best sides in my opinion are baked beans, creamed corn, and the potato salad. The Mac and Cheese, is always the favored by the wait staff and it is delectable as well! The outdoor patio area is something to be desired! We have sat here a few times and can't wait for the perfect warm weather to lounge out there. Waiters and bartenders we have had have been spectacular. Ryan has been our waiter and he was knowledgeable and kind. The bartender Josh was so nice. His knowledge of craft beverages is off the charts! (Try the new Berry Margarita that they hand crafted, you won't regret it) and then Shawn the manager is so awesome too! We have always had an excellent experience! We can't wait to go back!! I'm craving that burger again after this review!

We were able to walk here for dinner and bring a stroller. Surprisingly there was plenty of room inside for our stroller next to the tables in the back. I got the pulled chicken sandwich and it was quite tasty. The "I can't Even" sauce is a good heat and flavor. The brisket chili was good. Lots of beans and big chunks of meat. Not too spicy for folks weary of that. The pit beans were also good. Not too sweat or spicy with maybe a cinnamon apple sauce taste. The beer is severely overpriced. $9 for a draft is unnecessary. Desserts at $15 are also ridiculous. Only thing I can guess is they don't want people hanging out very long drinking or extending their dinner past the main course.
